The Software enables users to trade and swap compatible digital assets using AI crypto trading instruments, with full control and configuration of settings remaining in the user's hands.

Users can also trade and swap compatible digital assets using AI-driven instruments while retaining full control over the configuration of their settings.
To access and utilize the Software, Users must connect a compatible, non-custodial wallet ("Supported Wallet"). Your relationship with your wallet provider is separate from your relationship with Pilot3, which assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from your wallet provider's services. Pilot3 facilitates multi-chain swaps and trade, enabling transactions across multiple blockchains
Users acknowledge and agree that Pilot3 neither has access to nor the ability to withdraw or transfer any of the User’s Supported Digital Assets deployed in connection with the Software. Pilot3 assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, losses, or disputes arising from the User’s relationship with their wallet provider. Any problems, claims, or disputes related to the wallet provider must be resolved directly with the provider.
Responsibility for the cryptographic private keys associated with your digital asset wallets rests solely with you. You are strongly advised never to share your wallet credentials or seed phrase with anyone under any circumstances. In the event that your wallet is compromised, you bear full responsibility for any resulting losses or damages.
This Agreement does not create or imply any fiduciary duties or obligations on the part of Pilot3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any such potential fiduciary duties or liabilities are expressly disclaimed, waived, and negated. The only obligations Pilot3 owes to you are those explicitly outlined in this Agreement.
The Website is hosted and maintained by us; we may, in our sole discretion, modify or discontinue support for the Interface and/or access to the Software at any time.
Users shall be responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use and/or access the Website and/or the Software , and for acquiring compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Website and/or the Software and any updates thereto.

You recognize that anyone can create a token, including fake versions of existing tokens or tokens that falsely represent projects. You acknowledge the risk of unintentionally trading deceptive tokens.
You understand that smart contract transactions are automatically executed and settled, and once confirmed, blockchain-based transactions are irreversible.
You accept that the costs and speed of cryptographic and blockchain-based systems can be unpredictable and may surge dramatically without warning.
You understand that Pilot3 neither controls nor owns the underlying blockchain networks or protocols and cannot be held accountable for any losses you may incur while accessing or using the Software. As a result, you agree to assume full responsibility for all risks associated with engaging with the protocols via the Software.

For these Terms, "Excluded Jurisdiction" refers to any of the following regions:
The United States of America, including all its territories and possessions (collectively, "United States").
Any jurisdiction identified by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as having strategic AML/CFT deficiencies, listed under FATF’s “High-risk and Other Monitored Jurisdictions” available at www.fatf-gafi.org.
Any jurisdiction subjected to comprehensive economic sanctions by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or United Nations.
Any jurisdiction where the Website / Softwareare prohibited or would require licensing, permissions, or approvals for use.

You understand that Pilot3 neither controls nor owns the underlying blockchain networks or protocols and cannot be held accountable for any losses you may incur while accessing or using the Software.
